They are scam, don't hire

This company is scam, they charge your more and service is worst, owner Miss Sophia (kind of greedy) and her front man Jason play games with customer. Please hire these mover. Sophia is worst and Jason is kind of show boy. When their movers mess you up, Janson ran away and you ending up deal with worst owner Sophia. I had to file police report against all there of her employee (driver and two of his assistant) due to their non professional , criminal and abuse behaviors. She hire criminal to do the moving job, we ending up hiring two man and the truck, Sophia mover ran way with our stuff and through is some small storage ,lot of our expensive stuff got damage. AAA in DALLAS are the worst mover, don't hire them period.

Do Not Ever Trust This Company!!

The entire team is a group of liars with no integrity or customer service.
The beginning of my relationship with AAA was great. Mike was extremely responsive, offered a great price and even offered 2 months of storage versus everyone else's 1 month. That's where the good news ends.
Their guys were about 5 hours late to pick up our apartment's belongings. When they got there they sat outside on a break for about 45 minutes because they had just come from another job. About 6 hours later they finally collected all of my belongings. Honestly, they were the most reliable of the group.
Dealing with Mike and Jason once our shipment was with the team was possibly the worst experience of my life. Mike fell off of the planet.  I couldn't get anything more than his voicemail for over a week. When I finally spoke to him, he GUARANTEED delivery on or about the 16th of June. Jason hung up on my pregnant wife and told her "here's your customer service" when she tried to nail down an ETA. Easy to be a bully from 1700 miles away. When I finally got the company owner, Sofia, on the phone three weeks later, my belonging that were apparently forgotten about took off en route. She didn't think any compensation was necessary because she helped me once I finally spoke to her.. that's good business practice, right? Hmmm..
My belongings, which were supposed to arrive between the 5th and 7th of June, are just getting to me today, JULY 2ND!! But wait, there's more. This dream team brought an 18-wheeler into Philadelphia and then charged me an additional $150 because they realized that it wouldn't fit on a city street. To provide context, we're not talking about a side street, but an extremely well-traveled street that 100's of cars, trucks, ACTUAL MOVING TRUCKS, etc. travel through each day.
So where am I today, you ask. I saved $200 versus the closest competitor, but since I had to live out of hotels for about 3 weeks, I ended up losing about $3000 on the deal.

PEOPLE: Take your money elsewhere. This company belongs out of business and has 0 consideration for the fact that you are trusting all of their belongings to them. Learn from my mistakes. You'll save yourself a lot of money in the long run.

Outstanding Moving Professionals.

The moving professionals at AAA Moving and Storage are outstanding! This company packed and moved my belongings as if they were their own.  The team arrived early and packed my items with extreme care.  They were enthusiastic and took pride in their work.  I called Jason (salesman with the company) and he scheduled my last minute move (on a Sunday) with ease.  He made me feel totally confident in how AAA Moving and Storage would conduct business and I was very pleased with the work they did.  I would recommend this moving company above all others for prompt, professional and courteous service.  Thank you to Jason and your team of professionals!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Overall horrible experience!!

I was told by the company they " do a full background check on all employees and they are also Certified movers. and No we do not hire temp help, everyone is employed by the company. " Unfortunately the people that showed up to pick up my stuff were concerning. They said they just put the sign on the side as it was required but it was not an issue it was paper taped to the side of the truck DOT # 2552196 MC# 889337. They did not have the correct tools and due to this broke a table leg that is not repairable and told the people that picked it up from storage I knew about this. They lost boxes. But the best when I called they laughed about me being annoyed and 1 month later I am still waiting for the insurance papers to place a complaint. Also I was told on the phone I could pay by credit card all of it. Movers get there and say not, but they took a personal check and informed me it was ok to do this at the end too, but it was a different company bringing my things and they did not accept personal checks.
After I payed the booking if I called or emailed it was like I was bothering them and then after all the issues they do not care, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Moving Services.

Furniture was damaged upon arrival. Pictures of damaged items were furnished to the local Dallas office (Sophia Harris). I filed a claim (No: 320-336) with AAA Moving insurance (CSI Carrier) that included specific instructions of (1) pictures of the damaged items, and (2) comparable replacement costs with specific weight of each item. Damaged items included 3 bookcases, 1 was a 150 lb custom build, 2 other smaller ones, and a refrigerator door (dented) preventing proper closure on the refrigerator door. The final claim was submitted to CSI for $159.00
After 90 days of no response from AAA, CSI provided the attached letter.

(I left 3 phone messages, for Sophia, of which none were returned)
The claim was never resolved. DO NOT use this service!!
BTW - The driver of the truck moving our furniture did NOT possess a commercial drivers' license.

Worse Moving Experience.

A word of warning to folks that are deciding to move. Please do your research thoroughly and consider the ratings and reviews from other users. This was a complete nightmare. You truly get what you pay for.

My experience with this moving company is not something I would wish on my worst enemy. None of my boxes were missing or damaged, but my furniture was another story. However, the movers were exceptionally nice, but that's because they are a third party contractor and do not work for AAA Moving & Storage.

The reinforced steel frame and both my meals were morbidly bent, leaving my tv stand to slant at an angle. I paid to have my luxury plush cashmere mattress placed in a box. I was charged $63 along with the ridiculous 3% credit card fee and of course tax. It came in a half plastic wrap, was soiled and ruined as seen in the photo. When I had to repeated ask them to reimburse me, which took three weeks later, I was told only $63 would be reimbursed and not the credit or tax fee, as this came from my original deposit. However, this was not part of the original deposit. It was tacked on when the movers arrived to my apartment. This is an unfair and unethical practice.

Lastly, my bed arrived with the frame with the exception of the center support beam, the wooden slates and missing screws. I now have a useless Queen Size frame, until I can find a carpenter to replace the missing materials.

I placed a claim with CSI, the mediator for the moving company and of course they denied my claim for the bed, as they could not find or justify the weight, even though I had included in the link and pictures from the furniture company.

Overall, I had to replace my mattress, bed frame and tv stand for $5,000. Had I know, I would've taken the offer with Allied Movers a reputable company.

Please don't fall for their gimmick of ratings from HomeAdvisor, Angie's List or BBB. If you read through the complaints, you will see none of their pass issues were resolved.

They are not a moving company. They are a company that contracts out to third party movers that are not reputable. So after they have your contract and money, they do not care what happens to your belongings.

I'm sure they will respond to this post with a rebuttal as they have on every negative review.

Thieves and liars.

Large Craftsmen toolbox and Craftsmen tools "lost."   I my personal opinion, they were stolen and there is a thief on the payroll at AAA Moving.  Thousands of dollars in tools with an obvious pawn value.  Countless damages, items wet and stained with black oily substance and additional missing items.  Delivery driver did not contact me prior to delivery.  I was not allowed to verify receipt of all items by inventory lot numbers at delivery and was told by the driver "we do not have time to waste on that, you have 90 days to complete your inventory count."  Driver used my bathroom, clogged toilet, and left it run.  Items disassembled at pick up were not reassembled and many were literally thrown in my entryway and left as is.   Having no tools, this was a major issue and will continue to be for the balance of my existence.  Customer service representative, Sofia, was conveniently unavailable for the entire duration of the delivery and finally took my call AFTER the truck had left the premises.    I was promised a call back at that time (July 3) and have never received said call.   Received items not belonging to me, again contacted Sofia with no response.     Original quote $2950.  After truck was loaded at pick up, I was charged $5598.25 even though many items submitted to AAA in my original inventory were NOT on the truck!  Additionally, several items which I told the supervisor over and over DO NOT LOAD THESE ITEMS were loaded and shipped.   Items left behind included family heirlooms and one of a kind items.  I was charged for 1910 cu ft in a 26 ft truck.   I do not believe this is accurate or even possible with the average capacity in a 26 ft truck being 1400 cu ft.   No copy of inventory available at delivery.  I was told I needed to take pictures of their inventory list.  Extremely unprofessional service and I cannot imagine a worse overall experience.  Avoid additional unnecessary stress by steering clear of this dishonest and shoddy company.   .

Pick these guys!!

I was referred to using this company by a friend who used them previously. I must say the customer service and communication made me feel content with choice. The salesman was great and very helpful. The price was fair and I had a good feeling about using these movers.  On moving day, the crew showed up within the window they guaranteed me. The movers were very careful and cautious with the blanket wrapping and padding of my furniture. The whole pickup process took about an hour and a half. I decided to take advantage of the free storage while I got myself situated. I scheduled my delivery and yesterday my shipment arrived. So far, there appears to be no damages and the delivery crew was very frielndly. The cost for entire move was exactly was I was quoted. This was my first time doing a move like this and I am glad it went off without a hitch. Special thanks to Jason, my salesman, Rolando, the mover at pickup and Michael, the mover at delivery. Thanks guys!  .

Worst Moving Experience EVER.

DON'T USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I've never left a review, but the poor customer service I experienced with this company encouraged me to do so. I'll try to make this as short & sweet as possible (& I have a lot of complaints):   1) The movers picking up my belongings showed up 2.5 hours late. Apparently the TX DOT inspection was that morning of my pick-up date, and that apparently slipped their mind when they told me they would be there between 7-8 am. Also, apparently the original truck they were supposed to use didn't pass inspection so they had to rent a new truck to pick up my things.. should've been my first red flag. 2) My BIGGEST reason for picking this company was the time frame that they confidently stated they could deliver my belongings. I had a firm start date for work in my new home that I was needing to work around, and I even had them pick up my belongings a few days earlier than I would've liked because Jason (AAA representative) ensured it would result in the delivery date I was wanting. They picked up my belongings May 28th, and I did not get my things until June 21st. I needed my stuff NO LATER than June 8th. Good job AAA Moving.  3) The drivers/vans they contract with are LIARS! The driver informed me via phone conversation he was en route when in reality, he had not even LEFT! Two days later, when I called for an update, he told me he had not yet left. I'm sure you can imagine my confusion.. apparently the truck broke down, and he just didn't want to let me in on that little secret. That pushes things back just a little bit more.. 4) After the truck information, I called Jason to get an update and see what he & his team were doing to get my stuff either on another truck or to ensure the quick repair of the truck my belongings were on. I asked him to update me when he found out what was going on & to give me an updated ETA (since I now would need to arrange w/my new employer a time for me to leave work to get my belongings). He told me via text (because at this point he would not call me, which is stupid on his part since I have everything in writing), that I was "in no position to be barking commands." Wow - he needs to take a class in customer service, and learn to be more professional, pretty sure that was not a command but a normal request from someone who had all of my life's belongings in their control. 5) When the movers FINALLY made it, I told the driver to be there as early as they could because another move was scheduled for my neighborhood that day. He arrived at 6:30, so we were thrilled he was on time. However, the 3-man crew that was accompanying him did not arrive until 8:30 - 2 hours later. I ended up moving what boxes I could into my home to try to speed up the process as quickly as possible, and did the job that I was paying THEM for. I guess the 6:30 am start time was not as important to them as it was to me, especially when I was the one paying for the service.    All in all, these people are NOT competent, I got a WHOPPING $300 discount (which was not enough to even cover the work clothes I had to go out & buy, the hotel room my mom had to buy when she came to visit since I had no furniture, & the frustration with trying to get through to them when I needed some information as to where in the hell my belongings were). They'll do anything to sell you on their company, but it's all lies - whatever you do, choose elsewhere. .

To many bad events happened to list, I would not recommend using this company. They were very late in picking up and I had a lot of problems getting my things . They sub all their jobs out and it was very difficult getting my things to my new place. The drivers were very late and then did not want to delivery ( they showed up ta 10 pm . I could go on and on about the mistakes that were done but I will stop here.
